At Lake Norman Oral & Facial Surgery we do not work directly with insurance companies. Payments are due at the time of service, and extended payment plans are available for qualified applicants. As a courtesy to you, however, we will file all applicable medical and dental insurance claims for you electronically. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite processing of any reimbursement to which you may be entitled.
We will do everything possible to help you maximize insurance reimbursement within the guidelines established by your insurance company. If you have any questions, please ask our staff.
